I  have spent most of my career as a start up guy, so by nature I have been the boss, lately.  But, we just have different bosses, either investors or customers/prospects.  We had a prospect recently tell us that our helpwanted advertising solution worked better for her than the old daily newspaper or even the monstrous job boards.  But that her boss still wanted to use these bigger companies because he had never heard of us.  This always makes the hair stand up on the back of neck.</description>
