Another cool site has launched. Indiefy is “a site devoted to independent bands.” It looks like an interesting place for independent artists to sell their music; the FAQ is here. If anyone is interested in a beta invite you can leave the first comment on this post or go sign up here.

Devin can be described as sensibly impulsive, consistently non-committal, and passionately impartial to the world around him.

Thanks for the write up bro! The site is growing nicely. The current home page of the site will be changing soon to show new and featured artists and music. We have collected enough artist data to display.
Thanks again. Hope you enjoy the site.
No problem, I got the announcement email and figured others might like to know about it. I hope a lot of people/artists find it useful. :)
Hey Devin, I think our band (Phantom Scream) might be interested! I didn’t see anything about DRM protection, though. Any thoughts on that?
Bryan,
Indiefy does not use DRM on any of the music uploaded to the site. We do this for compatibility reasons. All music downloaded from Indiefy is compatible on most if not all MP3 players and devices.
Let me know if you have any questions. Hope to see you on the Indiefy!
