I learned a wee bit of Japanese with Pimsleur. Good stuff! I also listen to music, of course :) There's always a perfect song to complement and/or improve the current mood that I'm in. Depending on how bad traffic is, it's also interesting to observe other drivers. I think most people are unaware of what they look like / what their mannerisms are while driving, so sometimes you can catch some amusing stuff. Not to the extent of rubbernecking, of course.
