Some people tend to not like compulsively sharing life details with online acquaintances. It's not so much that we don't like to share/care, but your title says it all. EVERYONE is watching...that's kind of creepy. I tend to like to have a little bit more say and control over who my watchers are. "Anonymous" works for me: the people who need to who I am do, and the people who don't aren't harmed in any way by not knowing. Just in case you were wondering...
